Refunds & Returns

We want you to feel safe scooping. Here is exactly what you can expect if something goes wrong.

Mystery items

Because every scoop is a mystery surprise, opened mystery items cannot be returned or refunded. If your parcel arrives sealed and unopened, you have 15 days from delivery to request a return. No exceptions.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it was lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will replace the items or issue a full refund — your choice.

Order cancellations

We do not accept cancellations. All sales are final once an order is placed.

How to return

Email giftsandsurprisesluna@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will send you a prepaid return label or confirm the next steps within 2 business days.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return or approve your claim. The money will appear on your original payment method.

Exceptions

Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery. No exceptions. Promotional or final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. Gift cards are non-refundable.
