Order changes

You can change your scoops, shipping address, or add a video upgrade for free before your order is packed.

How to request a change

Email us at giftsandsurprisesluna@gmail.com with your order number and the change you need. We reply within 1 business day.

Tracking your order

Every parcel ships with tracking. Here is what happens from checkout to your door.

  2. 2Packed & labeled — tracking number created
  3. 3Shipped — tracking link emailed to you
  4. 4Out for delivery — arriving soon!
  5. 5Delivered — time to unbox the magic
Tracking not updating?

Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan. If it has been 3+ days with no movement, email us and we will investigate.

Cancellation policy

We do not accept cancellations. All sales are final once an order is placed.

No cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

Returns accepted

Unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. No exceptions.
